1. The „PASSEROTTI” Spółka z o.o. online shop is run on at http://sklep.passerotti.pl website. The Company was established on the basis of the notary deed of 29th Dec. 2006 and entered in the National Court Register, Register of Enterprises, entry no. 0000266697, the Company incorporated the Tax Identification Number: 547-205-49-97, REGON (the National Business Register) 240482020 with the seat at: Bielsko-Biała 43-300 ul. Spółdzielców 94a.
  2. Only the entities performing business activity are authorized to do online shopping regardless the legal form of the conducted business activities by the entities. The basis for purchasing in the online shop will be the receipt of a password and a login from “PASSEROTTI” Sp. z o.o. which enable using the system of online shopping. The receipt of the identifiers mentioned above depends on prior filling in a register form supplied by „PASSEROTTI” Sp. z o.o. rgarding the necessary data required for concluding transactions in the online shop.
  3. The online shop performs sales of products which are the object of the company business activity that is the assortment comprising of technical sealing, plastic products, drive transmission systems, tools and valves. Detailed sales offer is listed on the website of the online shop. The quoted prices are expressed in Polish New Zloty net.
  4. The entities which received a login and a password (point 2) are entitled to place enquiries, orders directly through the website http://sklep.passerotti.pl.
  5. In exceptional circumstances a customer can be requested to verify the order. The confirmation is made by „PASSEROTTI” sp. z o.o. employee telephone call. The shop can present an order confirmation no later than 2 working days form the receipt of the order. Should an order not to be confirmed due to the customer being unavailable at the telephone number given in the order, the order is subject to cancellation.
  6. Placing an order means accepting these Regulations by the buyer.
  7. Purchase contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the buyer and if the shop does not require confirmation the contract is concluded on the receipt of the order by the buyer. The “PASSEROTTI” sp. z o.o. will issue an invoice including the details supplied by the buyer given in the order or in the provided form (point 2) within 7 days the latest from the day the purchase contract was concluded. Every change of buyer’s company details should be sent by e-mail to: passerotti@passerotti.pl. „PASSEROTTI” sp. z o.o. can not be held liable for providing wrong company details of a buyer on the VAT invoices unless a buyer notifies the online shop, in which he placed an order, about such change in the way mentioned above.
  8. „PASSEROTTI” sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the ordered number or quantity or to offer a replacement on prior agreement with a customer (by telephone call or e-mail correspondence)
  9. Shipping of the order to the buyer is commenced immediately (if the goods is in stock). Should the order be paced until 12:00 the dispatch is carried out on the same day, whereas if the order is placed after 12:00 the dispatch can be realised on the consecutive day. In cases when the value of the order exceeds 500 PLN net the cost of shipping is covered by „PASSEROTTI” Sp. z o.o. The conditions of transport can also be settled individually with a customer.
